Perfect Beach Sandal Plus

I purchased these sandals to use on a Caribbean cruise including some active beach hiking. I had been admiring the Teva brand for years, but just never made the step to purchase. They were the perfect thing. They were very comfortable, though only moderately supportive. The straps were easily adjustable, and felt really good, even while climbing around on rocks and uneven surfaces. They stood up to the sea water and sand, cleaned up with a good rinsing, and the straps dried very quickly. I wore them around off the beach in casual circumstances, still comfortable. They look wide, but fit normal width. I wear a size 7 1/2 most often, occasionally an 8, and the 7 fit perfectly, so definitely order the half size down.

I do like them but wish they had thicker soles for all day walking. I did use them in water and they slipped around too much and I could feel stones and shells under my foot. But for dry walking I was happy with them.

i like these shoes-they fit my wide feet really well and are comfy, but i wish i had just paid for the more expensive ones--my last pair were 85$ and lasted me 15 years and had great cushioning. this pair is good, but not as cushiony so the spring is not so springy as with the more expensive ones. but at 35$ a great shoe.

my normal size is too big.

I have to return these shoes. i put them on and the toes were like boats. a 1/2 size to a full size too big. i will reorder a smaller size and update my review when i can actually wear the shoes :)

If it wasn't a hassle, i would probably return them. I bought them for walking/shopping and they kill my ankles. I can barely walk the next day after wearing them all day and I don't have trouble with my legs/ankles. I'm only 40...they make me feel 60.

LOVE LOVE LOVE these sandals! They are perfect for hiking, biking and canoeing without pinching your toes or creating blisters. I have worn these suckers everyday since I received them!!

needed a shoe for outdoor/water activities....this is perfect! it is a TINY bit longer that a 6 usually is on me and the front strap is a little loose on me....but neither has caused a problem from boating to paddling in a dragon boat race. and just wearing them around!! LOVE THEM!!!

I normally wear a size 8.5 and the size 8 fit perfectly, so round up, not down. Very comfortable. I wore these shoes all week while walking around St. John and didn't get any blisters.

I need some good walking sandals, and Teva has a great reputation, so I tried these. When I took them out of the box, they looked huge. When I put them on, they were huge. Maybe I'm just not used to seeing that much sole surrounding my foot, but they were far bigger than any shoe I've ever tried on. The adjustable strap at the top of the foot was very long, too; when I tightened it to the right fit, the end was hitting the floor. I walked around for a few minutes, hoping I could get used to them, but there was no way. I guess I'm just not cut out to be a Teva girl.

These are the most comfortable and great sandals ever. You could walk forever in them and your feet would never get tired and they last forever. This is the third pair I have purchased.

Sporty, comfortable, but not clunky. Great adjustable staps across top & around heel.

I did find this shoe to run a full size too large (first ordered my regular size, then tried 1/2 size smaller -- both too big).
